What is it about?
They work hard, they have the skills, understand the game, but something’s missing.
It’s not about more physical or technical training—it’s about improving the mental game.
You see their struggle, want to help, but don’t want to add more pressure.
My Mindset Coaching program helps players ages 10 to 16 to unlock the power of their mind to play at their best consistently.

What's at stake?
Comparison is one of the main "enemies" of self esteem. If left unaddressed, it could have a lasting impact on their belief system.
How to support?
1 - For The child: Actionable tools to improve "self esteem". Turning negative self talk "I am the worst" to positive self talk.
2 - For The parent: It is very common for parents to try to help but don't know how. This is why I create resources and an online community to learn and engage with/for each other.

FAQS
There is a simple formula I use to explain what I do.
Potential - Interferences = Performance
This means, your potential (How well you can perform) is affected by interferences (ie: fear of failure, parental pressure, playing against a certain opponent, playing in the morning, technical deficiencies, lack of tactical understanding, injury, being tired, self esteem, lack of confidence, etc etc etc)
This will determine your performance, which is your game.
My job is to raise your potential by working on what is interfering with your game. Same way a technical trainer will help you work on a specific skill that might be interfering with your potential to score more goals, I tackle the mindset challenges (self esteem, low confidence, inconsistency, etc)
The duration of a coaching engagement can vary based on individual goals and needs. Some clients find value in a few sessions focused on specific issues or challenges, while others may engage in longer-term coaching to achieve more substantial transformations. It's essential to discuss your objectives and expectations during the connection call to determine the best timeline for your soccer journey.
As a fellow soccer parent, I coach from the struggle. I live the same things you live as a parent, with the difference that I may have some more tools in my toolkit.
After 25 years of coaching and educating, I have the experience and knowledge to understand what is going on with your child, and find the right skills to help them out.
As parents we want our kids to be happy, but we just can't give them happiness. All we can do is to provide them tools to do it themselves.
